Borrower and any other Person or entity who has obligations under this <br /> Note waives the rights of protest, presentment, notice of dishonor and notice of acceleration of <br /> maturity. "Presentment" means the right to require Holder to demand payment of amounts due. <br /> "Notice of dishonor"means the right to require Holder to give notice to other persons that amounts <br /> due have not been paid. This note shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State <br /> of North Carolina. <br /> 15. Assignment.
