Performance of Government Functions.Notwithstanding anything in this <br /> Agreement which may be to the contrary, nothing contained in this Agreement shall <br /> in any way stop, limit or impair the County from exercising or performing any <br /> regulatory,policing or governmental powers or functions with respect to the Property <br /> including, without limitation, inspection of the Property in the performance of such <br /> functions. <br /> Z. Duration of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on the date of execution <br /> and shall remain in effect during the period of affordability required by the Act under <br /> 24 CFR Part 92. <br /> AA. Training. The HOME Awardee agrees to attend training and/or technical <br /> assistance workshops provided by the County related to the administration of this <br /> Agreement and that the Department of Housing and Community Development deems <br /> mandatory. <br /> BB. Entire Agreement and Signatures: The parties have read this <br /> Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms, and further agree that it <br /> constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between the <br /> parties unless and until modified in writing and signed by the parties. Modifications <br /> may be evidenced by telefacsimile signature. This Agreement together with any <br /> amendments or modifications may be executed electronically.
