Sometimes
the wants may seem conflicting.
I moved to NC in 1986, before the large migration and became part of the local community, not
as a transit. I grew up in Cambridge MA, a college town and understand the sensitivity of
townies when there is a large number of outsiders taking over control of their town. I feel I can
help to bridge the understanding between the locals and the newbies.
