Short-Term - Less Complexity Item Description <br /> 1.1 Residential Development Assess the existing development review process including schedules, review times, and fees to determine if there are any excessive requirements or measures affecting <br /> Review Process Analysis housing affordability. <br /> Complete a thorough review of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance, specifically related to residential development,to identify existing standards or <br /> regulations, which create impediments or barriers to affordable housing. May also include amendments to streamline review process and alter approval authority.
