33 <br /> Commissioner Bedford said there was an additional $3 million for school capital that is <br /> expiring this year because of the $30 million. She said it has taken the schools six years to <br /> spend the bond money, and Chapel Hill-Carrboro schools asked for an extension to spend their <br /> portion of the $30 million, so she feels there may not be capacity at the schools to do as much. <br /> She said she would like more conversations based on need versus formula, and what people <br /> can actually achieve. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Dorosin, seconded by Commissioner Bedford, to <br /> adjourn the meeting at 9:58 p.m. <br /> Roll call ensued <br /> VOTE: UNANMIOUS <br /> Renee Price, Chair <br /> Recorded by Tara May, Deputy Clerk to the Board <br /> Submitted for approval by Laura Jensen, Clerk to the Board. <br />
