He said the board talked about it for a long time, and once the infrastructure was in <br /> place Morinaga, Medline, and other places came. He said he wants to take the time to discuss <br /> it but wants to prevent unnecessary delay because the county is behind the curve on this and <br /> on its economic development plan. He said this needs to be moved forward as effectively as it <br /> can. <br /> Chair Price said she wanted to do it effectively and efficiently, but could remember when <br /> people would say it was perfect for a golf course.
