He said he just received a draft of a Management Services <br /> Agreement back from PFAP staff, but before this there was not a formal agreement. He said <br /> the county is responsible for the structure and pays for the associated insurance, while PFAP <br /> operates the programs that take place at the facility. He resumed the PowerPoint presentation: <br /> FY2021-22 Recommended County Pro}ects <br /> Roofing and Building Facade Projects-$98,700(p.49) <br /> -Annual roof inspections&repairs-$55,DOD <br /> - Planningandde tunds srgnforWhitil(meedng room side of <br /> building)-$23,700 <br /> -Repair funds for Dickson House-$20,0 DO <br /> • mutters and shiny <br /> OKAnE COUNTY <br /> Travis Myren said the Dickson House serves as the Hillsborough Visitor's Building. <br /> Chair Price asked if Town of Hillsborough contributes financially for the maintenance of <br /> the Dickson House, since it uses it and its tourism board meets there. <br /> Travis Myren said there is currently no financial relationship with the town. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked if there is a lease agreement with the town. <br /> Travis Myren said there is a lease document, but no rent payments are collected. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin recommended revisiting the idea, or think about selling the <br /> building to the town. <br /> Chair Price said it is a historic building and she understands the value of it, but if the <br /> Historic Hillsborough Alliance and Hillsborough Visitor's Bureau are using it, she would think <br /> they would be involved in some respect. <br /> Travis Myren said staff would look into this and try to come up with a proposal that <br /> would make sense. <br /> Commissioner McKee arrived at 7:42 p.m. <br />
