Change in BOCC Meeting Schedule for 2021 <br /> The Board considered approval of changes to the Board of Commissioners' meeting calendar <br /> for 2021. <br /> f. Fiscal Year 2020-21 Budget Amendment#10 <br /> The Board considered voting to approve budget and capital project ordinance amendments for <br /> fiscal year 2020-21 for the Health Department; Emergency Services; BOCC/Clerk's Office; <br /> Orange County Southern Branch Library Capital Project Ordinance; Coronavirus Relief <br /> Funding; Library Services; Department of Social Services; and the Arts Commission. <br /> g. Merritt Mill Apartments Development Updates <br /> The Board received an update on changes to the Merritt Mill developments being financed in <br /> part with Affordable Housing Bonds Funds and considered authorizing the developments to <br /> move forward as detailed. <br /> h. Compliance Plans for CDBG-CV Grant <br /> The Board approved four plans required by the NC Department of Commerce as part of Orange <br /> County's Community Development Block Grant— Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) award. <br /> i. Approval of the Continuity of Services Plan to Guide Realignment from Cardinal <br /> Innovations Healthcare to Alliance Health <br /> The Board considered voting to approve the Local Management Entity/Managed Care <br /> Organization (LME/MCO) Continuity of Services Plan to guide the process of disengaging from <br /> Cardinal Innovations Healthcare and realigning with Alliance Health to administer Medicaid and <br /> uninsured behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disability services for Orange <br /> County residents that are insured by Medicaid or are uninsured. <br /> 9. County Manager's Report <br /> None. <br /> 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> John Roberts said the Senate filed 160 additional bills to be considered by the General <br /> Assembly, and the House still has 2 weeks for additional bills. He said he will provide an <br /> overview of these additions. <br /> 11. *Appointments <br /> There were no appointments. <br /> 13.
