She said the <br /> Greene Tract item needs to be voted upon, and suggested that the revaluation item could be <br /> moved to a future meeting. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin requested that the CIP presentation take place. <br /> The Board decided to table the revaluation item (item 7) to a future meeting. <br /> e. Presentation by of Manager's Recommended FY 2021-26 Capital Investment Plan <br /> (CIP) <br /> The Board received a presentation of the Manager's Recommended FY 2021-26 Capital <br /> Investment Plan to the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Each year, the County produces a Capital Investment Plan (CIP) that establishes a budget <br /> planning guide related to capital needs for the County as well as Schools. The current CIP <br /> consists of a 5-year plan that is evaluated annually to include year-to-year changes in priorities, <br /> needs, and available resources.
