The validity of this revenue is <br />dependent upon whether or not the developer decides to use locally produced or sold <br />materials and/or local contractors. If this is not the case, then this figure is overestimated. <br />The burden on county services is also not evaluated. these services include, but are not limited <br />to, EMS, schools, health and social services. <br />
