This document should he <br />considered prior to voting on annexation of the property, s'uwe it affe' is the lees W he <br />paid for water and seven service ad details Ofprovid'mg smh service. <br />The regnvcmcros of the contract provide several upgrades to the existing Town sewer <br />system in this area the existing lunh:rs Pmnp Station will be upgraded or replaced, <br />and the new /upgraded station will include a seandley power gearator, new pumps, better <br />materials of construction, perimeter chain link hearing, and telemetry to enable the station <br />to notify Town personnel Sthe staton falls. <br />Improvements will also include piping the Ming Colonial Estates Aparmerns sewer <br />into the new /upgraded pump station. Colodal Estntes currently has a substandard <br />connection to one system that's From to clogging small overflow. Thus improvemcat li <br />reduce the chance of sewage overflows acl line clogging. <br />In addhion, the mmract rcluires that water and sewer mmccliov @es be paid at tbe Out - <br />of-Town razes, regardl s of Use annexation decision.
