TRIP DISTRIBUTION <br />In order to properly determine the impart of the traffic generated by the <br />proposed development, it is nmessary to determine the distribution of traffic to <br />and from the development. The trip distribution percentages shown on Figure 5 <br />werre used for distributing the proposed development traffic. These percentages <br />are based on the existing traffic patterne; and population centers m the area <br />Primary trip distribution is estimated as follows: <br />♦ 41l% reflood the northeast on Orange Grove Road <br />e 5% to /from the southeast on Change Grave Read <br />♦ 40 %to /frmmthenorthan Churton Street <br />♦ 35 %to /frundin outhon Churton Stree[ <br />Figure 5 illustrates the directions of approach and departure for the site traffic <br />generated by the proposed development. <br />7. TRAFFIC ASSIGNMENT <br />Figure b shows the traffic volumes generated by the proposed development and <br />their iesigrmtencs to the adjacent roadway system.
