Nearby land uses include <br />single - family dwelling units, the Colonial Estates Apartment Complex, and the <br />Timbers mobile home complex. <br />Prooposed land Use <br />The proposed development is planned as an apartment complex. In the project vicinity, the roadway <br />bee a posted speed limit of 45 mph. The approximate 1997 ADT for Orange <br />Grove Road u 3,900 vehicles per day (vpd).. <br />Oakdale Drive (SR 1133) is a two -Sarre minor urban thoroughfare in the vicinity <br />of the proposed project.
