Article 10: Definitions 317 <br /> Section 10.1: Definitions <br /> Li bility Space <br /> Livabi i space is part of total open space appropriately improved and located as outdoor livi space for <br /> residents d for aesthetic appeal. Such spaces include lawns and other landscaped are , walkways, <br /> paved terrac and sitting areas, outdoor recreational areas, and landscaped portions street rights-of- <br /> way. Such spa shall not be used for vehicles, except for incidental service, maint ance or emergency <br /> action. <br /> Livability Space Rat <br /> Livability space ratio is the mi i um square footage of non-vehicular o door space required for each <br /> square foot of land area in reside 'al development.
