Industrial discharge includes: <br /> a) Wastewater resulting from any process f indu y or manufacture, or from the development of <br /> any natural resource; <br /> b) Wastewater resulting from proces s of trade or bu ' ess, including wastewater from <br /> laundromats and car washes, b not wastewater fro estaurants; or <br /> c) Wastewater discharged from municipal wastewater tre ment plant requiring a pretreatment <br /> program. <br /> Disposal <br /> The discharge, deposit, injec 'on, dumping, spilling, leaking or placing of a solid waste into or on any <br /> land or water so that the s id waste or any constituent part of the solid wast ay enter the environment <br /> or be emitted into the air r discharged into any waters, including groundwater. <br /> Disposal, Was <br /> The use of water for disposal of sewage, industrial waste or other waste after approv treatment. <br /> Ditch <br /> A constru ed channel, other than a modified natural stream constructed for drainage purpose that is <br /> typical) dug through inter-stream divided areas.
