Appropriate <br /> adjustments in the reso man ent and/or integrated pest <br /> management plans shall be o prevent further contamination; and <br /> (b) If sampling and a is indicate a trend d increased <br /> concentratio of contaminants or if the U.S. En ental Protection <br /> Agen ealth advisory limits (HAL)or State ground or ce water <br /> ndards for thresholds are exceeded, then Orange County wi tify <br /> the appropriate authorities. <br /> 5.7.5 Camp <br /> (A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br /> Permit <br /> (1) Submittal Requirements <br /> In addition to the information required by Section 2.7, the following shall be <br /> submitted as part of the application: <br /> (a) A site plan prepared in accordance with Section 2.5, also sho ng the <br /> following (existing or proposed): <br /> 0) Buildings, <br /> (ii) Campsites, <br /> (i' Storage areas, <br /> (iv) Fencing and gates, <br /> (v) tdoor recreation areas <br /> (vi) Acc s road(s)to the site, as II as on site roads, with an <br /> indicate of type of propose surface. <br /> (b) A description of th pe of facilit planned, the size, capacity, and use of <br /> proposed buildings; a igned s tement from the owners or operators <br /> that there shall be no ac 'vity Ilowed that will have adverse effects on <br /> adjacent property. The st ement shall also include a complete list of all <br /> recreational activities th wi ake place on the site. <br /> (c) A phasing plan, whe necessar , 'ndicating the area to be developed in <br /> each phase with ti a periods for c struction of each phase. This may <br /> be indicated on a site plan. <br /> (d) The site pla hall show the distances to a nearest residential <br /> structure. <br /> (2) Standards of aluation <br /> (a) Unl ss public sewer is proposed to be extended, th adequacy for the <br /> thod of sewage disposal will be determined by the t size and soil <br /> suitability. Appropriate letters from the Orange County vironmental <br /> Health Department, local jurisdictions and/or the State Divi 'on of <br /> Environmental Management shall be submitted to indicate pr 'minary <br /> approval. <br /> (b) The landscape plan shall show how the facilities will be screened fr <br /> the adjacent properties.
