Article 5: Uses 176 <br /> Section 5.6: Standards for Service Uses <br /> A Description of the proposed use(s)of the site and the buildings thereo , <br /> including the following: <br /> Amount of area allocated to each use. <br /> (b) Number of full and part time employees. <br /> (c) ber of clients and/or occupants expected use the facility. <br /> (d) Propo d hours of operation for non-resi ntial uses of the site and <br /> within bui 'ngs thereon. <br /> (3) Building plans for all e i ting or propose tructures to include floor plans, <br /> elevations, and sections s wing rest ation/rehabilitation proposed. <br /> (4) Landscape plan, at the same s as the site plan, showing existing or proposed <br /> trees, shrubs, ground cover a o r landscape materials. <br /> (5) Statement from the appr riate public rvice agencies concerning the method <br /> and adequacy of wait, <br /> ait supply and waste ter treatment for the proposed uses <br /> including any prop ed eating establishment. <br /> (6) Statement fro the appropriate public service age ies concerning the provision <br /> of fire, pol' and rescue protection to the site and str tures. <br /> (7) The posed development schedule for the site. <br /> (8) plicants requesting a full or partial waiver of the right-of-way d use buffer <br /> shall submit evidence that the property is listed on the National His ric Register <br /> or recognized by the State of North Carolina or the County of Orange a place <br /> of historic interest.
