Article 5: Uses 174 <br /> Section 5.6: Standards for Service Uses <br /> {2 M On-site Crematoria shall only be permitted within the 1-1 and 1-2 Zoning Districts. <br /> 5 Garden Center <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> 1) Rental of moving vehicles shall be permitted as a customary access use. <br /> (B) ndards of Evaluation <br /> (1) Ou or display and storage of goods will be permitted <br /> (2) Outdoor s age of bulk goods shall be located t e rear or side of the primary <br /> building and ened on three sides by an i t foot high opaque wall or fence. <br /> (3) Outdoor storage for goods shall imited to 1,500 square feet per acre of <br /> the zoning lot. <br /> 5.6.6 Massage Business <br /> (A) Standards for Evalu on <br /> (1) Must com with the Ordinance for the Control assage and Massage <br /> Establ' ments <br /> (2) a submittal of construction plans for all existing and prop ed buildings <br /> housing the massage business.
