The Host assumes full <br /> responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance , including subcontractors , and for <br /> any damages done to any part of the premises or theft of property. The cost of damages to <br /> the premises or theft will be deducted from the Host Security Deposit and may exceed the <br /> security deposit amount . Event Center retains the right to pursue legal action to recover <br /> damages from negligent / accidental behaviors that exceed the security deposit amount . <br /> Excessive Noise : <br /> Excessive noise from events caused by loud music and / or bands , etc . , is not allowed . If noise levels are not reduced , the event may <br /> be terminated at the sole discretion of the Event Center Director .
