Even though no habitable lots <br /> are proposed on our side of the line,we're still processing it as a major subdivision because public road dedication is <br /> involved. <br /> I figured I should touch base with you and let you know where we're at in our review process.We've scheduled a <br /> neighborhood meeting for the Concept Plan on Tuesday,April 20t". Assuming it's approved, <br /> Warren will then begin the Preliminary Plat application process, which will go to the Planning Board and then the County <br /> Commissioners for decision. <br /> We haven't received many calls from the public on this item yet.The questions we've received as mostly about traffic <br /> impacts. It's my understanding that Jennifer Britt is the NC DOT contact for this project on both sides of the County line, <br /> so I'll be reaching out to her as well. <br /> I'm assuming our Planning Board will want information on the review process in Chatham County for context. I see from <br /> your website that you had a neighborhood/community meeting on January 28t". I have a few other questions about the <br /> project you may be able to answer: <br /> • What stage of the review process is this project in with Chatham County now? Is it going to your Planning Board <br /> on May 4tn. <br /> • Other than the Concept Plan (which I already have), are there any other project documents you could share with <br /> me? For example, if Warren or NC DOT has submitted anything regarding traffic impacts, something like that <br /> would be helpful. <br /> • How did the community meeting go?What kind of questions and/or concerns were expressed? <br /> If there's anything you need from me, please let me know.
