On-Site Visit <br /> Per UDO Section 2.15.2 Major Subdivisions—Concept Plan, staff must conduct an on-site <br /> visit of the property so as to better understand the parcel and the proposal. Staff will contact <br /> you to arrange this site visit. <br /> 2. Neighborhood Information Meeting <br /> The UDO requires a Neighborhood Information Meeting(NIM) for major subdivision <br /> proposals. Planning staff will coordinate this meeting, and we will hold it online in keeping <br /> with COVID-19 pandemic protocol. Staff will send meeting invitations to Orange County <br /> property owners within 1,000 ft. of the subdivision property via first class mail. <br /> As the applicant,you will need to attend this meeting. Staff usually schedules neighborhood <br /> meetings at 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm on weekday evenings. Please let staff know which of these <br /> potential meeting dates you prefer: <br /> • Wednesday,April 14th • Tuesday,April 20th <br /> • Thursday,April 15th • Wednesday,April 21' <br /> • Monday, April 19th <br /> 3. Planning Board Meeting <br /> The first available Planning Board meeting date is Wednesday, May 5, 2021. If you need <br /> more time,we can schedule you for the Planning Board meeting on June 2nd instead. You can <br /> move forward with your Preliminary Plat application after the Planning Board approves the <br /> Concept Plan. <br /> Upcoming Proiect Milestones <br /> In summary,here are the project milestones leading up to the Planning Board meeting: <br /> 1.
