The Fire Marshal requests the following road data be denoted somewhere on the Concept <br /> Plan: <br /> • The road will not be less than 20' in width. <br /> • There will be 13' 6"of vertical clearance as required by the NC Fire Prevention Code <br /> 2018 edition. <br /> • The roadway shall be an all-weather surface and capable of withstanding an imposed <br /> weight load of 75,000 lbs. <br /> 2. Contact Orange County Environmental Health about permitting for the community well <br /> shown on the plan. The proposed location is fine for the Concept Plan,but Environmental <br /> Health will need to review and approve the well location before approving the <br /> Preliminary/Final Plats. <br /> 3. Per the Erosion Control and Stormwater Division,you will need an Erosion Control permit <br /> when disturbing 20,000 sq. ft. of land or more and a Stormwater Management permit when <br /> disturbing 43,560 sq. ft. (1 acre) or more. For stormwater, land disturbance is cumulative for <br /> the parent tract. <br /> 4. The NC DOT highway division that oversees Chatham County will be reviewing the <br /> proposed roads for Pyewacket, including the portion of Woodstock Lane on the Orange <br /> County side.
