Since that time, one BOCC Work Gmup has met <br />whh representatives fmm the Town of Carrboro to outline the process and diewee relevant <br />issues. A sewntl BOCC work group has received information on the site atlribu[es and has <br />begun process planning and conceptual planning wwaN a master eke design. <br />The tlreft process for the perk is attached. As noted at the joint meeting with the school <br />boards in Septembeq[he timetable for this process was basetl on peA planning. The <br />Chapel Hill-Cerrboro City Schools have indicated interest in an acceleratetl timetable for <br />elementary echaal #19. <br />A preliminary conceptual plan for the sde will be presentetl at the meeting. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial Impact involvetl in receiving this informational <br />report. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): As the Boartl tlecitles. <br />
