<br /> in readers spreads with all fonts , graphics and support files included , Proofs to be
<br /> provided as POF 's , Files provided include native InOesIgn files and PDFx1A POF 's .
<br /> • FINAL MECHANICALS ; Files for for archive provided via dropbox .
<br /> • On - site final review of printer spreads ,
<br /> PDF' S :
<br /> • Print mechanical converted to POF 's ,
<br /> • Low - res version created for web use .
<br /> • ISSUU version created per specifications ,
<br /> LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS ,
<br /> 1 . Changes , corrections and additions beyond proposed project scope require
<br /> re - estimating and are billed on a per- hour basis P $ 145 per hour.
<br /> 2 . On - location press checks not included , If needed , press checks are billed P $ 145 per
<br /> hour plus travel expenses .
<br /> 3 . MISC EXPENSES : Proposal includes creative design and production services only ,
<br /> and does not include purchase of stock or original photography, illustration , computer
<br /> generated graphics , photo retouching , printing , press checks , bluelines or printed
<br /> camps . Additional expenses will be billed separately and include a 20 % markup ,
