Finally, the District has <br /> moved to using an attorney-created contract template. This template both protects the District <br /> when entering into service contracts with vendors and streamlines the contract writing process so <br /> our purchasing process can continue efficiently. It also ensures that the District member entering <br /> into the contract provides every piece of required information in the contract, to avoid any <br /> situations where important information is accidently omitted.
