However, that requirement <br /> was removed and is no longer applicable and the BOCC may appoint whomever it <br /> chooses to board of adjustment vacancies. The webpage Commissioner Fowler <br /> referenced will need to be updated to reflect this requirement no longer exists." <br /> NOTE — If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> None <br /> John Roberts reviewed the information previously shared with the Board, and said the <br /> Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) does not contain a requirement for a Planning Board <br /> member to also be on the Board of Adjustment. <br /> Laura Jensen reviewed the previous recommendations from the March 9, 2021 work <br /> session, and the two applicants for the remaining at-large alternate position. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Bedford, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> appoint Nathan Robinson to the remaining position. <br />
