I spent many years visiting and enjoying <br /> Old Salem, and the rich history of the area. One of the reasons I fell in love with Hillsborough <br /> and decided to move here with my family was because of the rich history in downtown. I have a <br /> background in the arts, and have worked in historical homes (Reynolds House Museum of <br /> American Art) as a docent and volunteer president (SECCA). I have a working knowledge of <br /> conservatorship due to this along with my work at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> I think it is of the upmost importance to preserve the history of our town for future generations. <br /> In addition, the history is a draw for tourism to our town and I love talking about our town to <br /> others and highlighting the history. <br /> Contribution to the diversity of viewpoints on this board: <br /> I have lived in various locations in our state, and in our country.
