Ordinance as recommended by Administration ATTACHMENT 5 21 <br />1) Major Subdivision, Class A Special Use, Rural Designated (21-40 <br />Lots)-A tract of land in a Rural Designated area that is proposed for a <br />subdivision of 21-40 lots. <br />2) Major Subdivision, Class A Special Use, Urban Designated (21-79 <br />Lots)--A tract of land in an Urban Designated area that is proposed for <br />a subdivision of 21-791ots. <br />3) Major Subdivision, Planned Development, Rural Designated (41+ <br />Lots)-- A tract of land in a Rural Designated area that is proposed for a <br />subdivision of 41 or more lots. <br />4) Major Subdivision, Planned Development, Urban Designated (80+ <br />Lots)-- A tract of land in an Urban Designated area that is proposed for <br />a subdivision of 80 or more lots. <br />Section 6: ZONING ORDINANCE Amend Article 4.3 Permitted Use Table, by inserting the <br />following notes on each page of the permitted use table-: <br />Within all zoning districts certain subdivisions of land in "Urban <br />Designated" and "Rural Designated" areas (as defined in Article 22) must <br />be approved as follows: <br />"Major Subdivision of 21-40 Lots, Class A Special Use, Rural Designated" <br />as defined in Article 22. <br />"Major Subdivision of 41+ Lots, Planned Development Special Use, Rural <br />Designated" as defined in Article 22. <br />"Major Subdivision of 21-79 Lots, Class A Special Use, Urban <br />Designated" as defined in Article 22. <br />"Major Subdivision of 80+ Lots, Planned Development Special Use, Urban <br />Designated" as defined in Article 22. <br />Section 7. ZONING ORDINANCE. Amend Article 6.29 Development Standards for the <br />Economic Development (ED) Districts to add Section Ei.29.4 as follows: <br />6.29.4 Additional Requirement for Certain Subdivisions -- Within all ED <br />Districts certain subdivisions of land must meet additional requirements and <br />be approved either as a Class A Special Use or as a Planned Development <br />Special Use as follows: <br />1) Major Subdivision, Class A Special Use, Rural Designated (21-40 <br />Lots)-A tract of land in a Rural Designated area that is proposed for a <br />subdivision of 21-401ots. <br />
