NCDOT Maintenance Yard is located in Orange County, they can: <br /> • Fix pot holes; <br /> • Maintain ditches and culverts; <br /> • Fill cracks in roadway surfaces; and <br /> • Maintain line of sight in critical areas like intersections. <br /> While formal small project requests will be discussed by the OUTBoard on a biannual basis, <br /> feel free to send possible projects to staff at any time to be added to our running list. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no immediate financial impact associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Staff recommends OUTBoard provide comments. <br />
