The second case in NC was identified on March 6, 2020 in a person who had traveled <br /> to Italy. By March 7th, NC had five new additional cases. On March 10th, Governor Cooper <br /> issued an executive order declaring a State of Emergency. <br /> As of February 24, 2021, Orange County has administered 26,716 first doses and 17,911 <br /> second doses COVID vaccinations.
