MONITORING COMPLIANCE <br /> NC Commerce and any of its sub-recipients may require each applicable contractor to provide a <br /> copy of the Section 3 Plan and will monitor compliance during the performance of the contract. <br /> Copies of all advertisements,notice, and published information will be kept to document the <br /> implementation of the plan. <br /> V.
