GARY CARLEEN RICHARDSON <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP (FLUM) CHANGE: CHANGING <br /> PARCEL FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL TRANSITION <br /> ACTIVITY NODE (CITAN) <br /> AND <br /> GENERAL USE REZONING: <br /> RURAL RESIDENTIAL (R-1) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC-4) <br /> PIN 9873-54-6387 <br /> I, Michael Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor with Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> DO HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.8.7 of the <br /> Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), I mailed/caused to be mailed a <br /> notice of a public hearing being held by the BOCC on April 6, 2021. <br /> Specifically, staff sent a public hearing notice to property owners within 1,000 feet of the <br /> subject property (PIN 9873-54-6387), providing: <br /> • A summary of the applicant's FLUM and Zoning Atlas Amendment requests; <br /> • The date/time of the public hearing, and <br /> • The process by which interested parties can participate within the virtual public <br /> hearing. <br /> As required by the UDO, staff utilized Orange County Tax Records to obtain address <br /> information for those property owners within 1,000 feet.
