31 <br /> ■ Land/Slope: Located on land with slopes of less than 15%grade. Where <br /> slopes of 15%or greater are present, protection shall be provided through <br /> proper site design and construction practices. <br /> ■ Hydrology: Located outside of 100-year flood areas as identified by Corps of <br /> Engineers.
