B. Roads and Aces <br />1. Contain Way shall be constructed m srandards of the Nonh Carolina <br />Department of Transportation, within a 50 -0. right -of -way with 5 -fl. utility <br />easements on each side, and the construction shall be inspeclefl and approved by <br />NCDOT. The portion of Lot E owed by the applicant shall be included in the <br />dedication. <br />5P7 <br />A lever of credit, escrow agreement, or bond shall be submitted to secure <br />convention of Cannon Way in the standards of die North Carolina Department <br />of Transportation. An estimate of the construction not must be prepared by a <br />certified /licensed engineer or grading contractor and submiued in the Planning <br />cast Inspections Department and approved by the County Engineer. The <br />wnswetidn estimate must include a 10% contingency hour. The Invasion of the travelway, within the plWW private road right -of- <br />way shall also be certified.
