In those cases where the LUI calculation results in a larger amount than the public recreation <br />specs requirement of 1/57 acre par lot, the difference shall be established as private recreation <br />space for the use of the residents of the development. <br />A minimum of 18.14 acres (790,178 square feet) of open space is currently available for private <br />recreation use. <br />Agency Comments <br />.
