The fallowing are my <br />comments: <br />The stream buffers shown on the preliminary plat are in excess of Nauss River <br />Buffer requirements so Nis proposal is meeting that requirement. <br />The preliminary plat does not indicate how roatl storm drainage will be handled. <br />Also, we do not know from the preliminary plat haw much area will need to be <br />disturbed to bring Nis roatl up to public standards. Erosion cormal requirements <br />will need to be based on these determinations. Please have the developer <br />contact either Ran Ivins, Erosion Control Supervisor at 245 -2586 or me at 245- <br />258] tc discuss meeting erosion control requirements. <br />
