Written submittals by email or drop-off at the Planning office, and/or <br /> 2. Speaking during the virtual Planning Board meeting <br /> 1. Written Comments: Members of the public are encouraged to provide written public <br /> comments by emailing comments to planningboard@orangecountync.gov no later than <br /> 3:00 p.m. on the afternoon of the meeting. Please include the title of the agenda item in the <br /> subject line of your email.
