CHAIR COMMENTS <br /> 8. 23 — 102 ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT (REDA-CZ-1 — ROUGEMONT SELF STORAGE) - <br /> To review and make a recommendation to the BOCC on an applicant- <br /> initiated zoning atlas amendment to expand an existing conditional <br /> zoning district called REDA-CZ-1 (NC Highway 57 Speedway Area <br /> Rural Economic Development Area Conditional Zoning). The proposed <br /> expansion is located at 8927 Mile Branch Road in Little River Township <br /> on a 21.54 acre parcel of land. The parcel is currently zoned REDA-CZ- <br /> 1 and Agricultural Residential. The applicant is seeking to rezone the <br /> Agricultural Residential acreage so that the entire parcel is in the REDA- <br /> CZ-1 district, allowing for an expansion of the existing self-storage <br /> operation.
