(C) Submittal Requirements (1) In addition to the CZD Conditional District application form, an applicant shall also submit the following information: (a) A site plan prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.5 of this Ordinance, except for Master Plan Development(MPD)-CZD CD applications (see (C)(2) below). (b) A detailed description of the proposed use of property including an outline of the proposed development. (c) A detailed traffic survey, regardless of the estimated number of trips per day, prepared in accordance with all applicable North Carolina Department of Transportation (NC DOT) requirements or standards as well as Section 6.17 of this Ordinance.
