Applicants Conditions, or Denial [1] <br /> may also use other sources of base plot <br /> plans provided the requirements of this <br /> Section are met. <br /> [I] If Plan is approved with conditions, no <br /> (1) Planning staff is available to zoning permit authorization or building <br /> discuss compliance matters but permit issued until conditions satisfied <br /> shall not complete plot plans. <br /> SECTION <br /> 2.5.1 Review and Approval Flow Chart <br /> The review and approval process for a Site Plan is shown in the procedure's flowchart. <br /> 2.5.2 Application Requirements <br /> (A) Each site plan shall be prepared and sealed by an appropriately licensed <br /> professional.
