Dlon fnr the r-eiV lommen+of the n unty as well as nnrlmnn+o <br /> rhereto• and <br /> 0)The Planning Board working with the Planning Director, shall from time to time at <br /> intervals of not more than five years' examine the provisions of this Ordinance and <br /> the location of Zoning district boundary Ines and shall submit a report to the Beard of <br /> County Corn....'s-ione. .ecornmending changes and amendments, if any, which <br /> desirable On the interest of public <br /> safety, and general <br /> mindful of the <br /> intent expressed in Subsection 1.1.5. <br /> health, welfare, <br /> 1.6.4 Conflicts of InterestL' <br /> (A) A member of the Planning Board shall not vote on any advisory or legislative decision <br /> regarding a development regulation contained in this Ordinance where the outcome <br /> of the matter being considered is reasonably likely to have a direct, substantial, and <br /> readily identified financial impact on the member. <br /> (B) A member of the Planning Board shall not vote on any zoning amendment if the <br /> landowner of the property subject to the rezoning petition or the applicant for a text <br /> amendment is a person with whom the member has a close familial, business, or <br /> other associational relationship. <br /> 1.6.41.6.5 Staffing <br /> (A) The Planning Director, under the direction of the County Manager or his/her <br /> designee, shall serve as the professional staff to the Planning Board and shall be <br /> primarily responsible for completing any work product necessary to assist the Board <br /> in carrying out its duties. <br /> 18 All revisions in the section conform the LIDO to NCGS 160D-301. <br /> 19 Adoption of conflict of interest standards are now required, pursuant to NCGS 160D-109. <br /> Orange County, North Carolina-Unified Development Ordinance Page 1-14 <br />
