Article 5: Uses 187 <br /> Section 5.6: Standards for Service Uses <br /> (9) The site shall meet the landscaping and buffer requirements established in <br /> Section 6.8 of this Ordinance. However, property recognized by the state or the <br /> county as a historic site, or as containing a significant historic structure, shall <br /> receive a full or partial waiver of the road-front land use buffer to maintain the <br /> historic character of the site and the traditional view of the house from the <br /> roadside. <br /> (10) The applicant shall be responsible for satisfying all review and permitting <br /> requirements of other public agencies, including but not limited to NCDOT <br /> driveway permits. <br /> (11) Outdoor events (e.g. weddings, receptions, parties)or similar activities <br /> conducted for compensation shall be permitted, only if there is sufficient overflow <br /> parking available on site. Overflow parking does not have to be paved or <br /> graveled but must be on a suitable (even) surface. <br /> 5.6.11—Short Terms Rental - Non-Host GGGuplied <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Shall not he permitted as a Conditional Use District. Refer to Cerflen F 'I Q A- fhio <br /> Ordinance <br /> 5.6.125.6.11 Storage of Goods <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Standards for the NC-2 and EC-5 Zoning Districts <br /> (a) Shall be limited to no more than 12,000 sq.ft. of building area. <br /> (b) Outdoor storage shall be prohibited. <br /> (2) Standards for the GC-4 and O/RM Zoning Districts <br /> (a) Shall be limited to no more than 24,000 sq.ft. of building area. <br /> (b) Outdoor storage shall be permitted subject to the following: <br /> (i) Shall be setback 50 ft. from all property lines. <br /> (ii) Shall be enclosed by a fence a minimum of 8 ft. in height. <br /> (iii) Shall be screened by a Type B land use buffer as detailed in <br /> Section 6.8 of this Ordinance. <br /> (3) Standards for 1-1, 1-2, I-3, EDBA and EDE-1 Zoning Districts <br /> (a) Outdoor storage areas shall be permitted subject to the following: <br /> (i) Shall be setback 50 ft. from all property lines. <br /> (ii) Shall be enclosed by a fence a minimum of 8 ft. in height. <br /> (iii) Shall be screened by a Type B land use buffer as detailed in <br /> Section 6.8 of this Ordinance. <br /> 5.6135.6.12 Taxidermy <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Allowed as more than 4-one principal use if location on a bona fide farm.
