DocuSign Envelope ID: D85B2236-1A18-4BDE-8A9A-245048A55E47 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this the 10 day of February, 2021, by and between the Jacob "Max" <br /> Dowdle("Tenant"), and County of Orange,a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina("Landlord"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS,the Landlord and Tenant entered into a Services Agreement dated,August 14,2020,to provide services <br /> to be rendered by Landlord to Tenant("Original Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the Landlord and Tenant desire to amend the Original Agreement,while keeping in effect all terms and <br /> conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties <br /> agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> Amend the Section 1, subsections e. Term,to provide the following: <br /> e.Term: The Term of this Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and expires,if not sooner terminated, <br /> at noon on the eight month anniversary of the Commencement Date, subject to extensions for successive one-year <br /> periods (each, and"Extension Period")as set forth in Paragraph 3 of this Agreement. <br /> Except for the changes made Section 1, subsection: e. Term herein,the Original Agreement shall remain in full force <br /> and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
