DocuSign Envelope ID: D44FBOEB-DA34-4A73-A73D-3D95E1AE8OA2 <br /> EXHIBIT `B" <br /> Scope of Services—FY 2020-21 <br /> Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> Agency Name: Historical Foundation <br /> Program Name: Orange County Historical Museum <br /> Funding Award: $9,606 <br /> Outline how the agency will spend Orange County's funding award. <br /> Expense Description Amount <br /> Staffing $6,000 <br /> Collections Inventory $2,606 <br /> Supplies, brochure and signage development $1,000 <br /> Program Services <br /> Outline the critical services(activities)the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below,by June 30,2021. <br /> Goal 1:Design and open two free exhibits focusing on Orange County community objectives and the museum <br /> collection in addition to enhancing the permanent exhibit.Due to Covid-19,exhibitions will be supplemented with <br /> online openings if needed. <br /> e Goal 2:Participate in the town/countywide effort to coordinate programming across all nonprofits to promote life- <br /> long learning and diversity <br /> Goal 3:Become more visible in the community as a place where residents and visitors can engage in <br /> conversations that break down mistrust,misinformation,and ignorance,putting the museum in a unique position <br /> to strength citizenship values,build community pride,and improve quality of life. <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County,only(all Towns and municipalities). <br /> If you use Percentages,you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure's description or for an <br /> earlier performance measure. <br /> Performance Measures Anticipated <br /> Results <br /> Goal 1: --Increased <br /> --Host 6 Zoom listening sessions with community members over the coming year. participation at <br /> --Monitor people coming to the museum,as well as monitoring online activity with the public through the use of lectures and exhibits <br /> website and Facebook analytics and interactions. by 10%from <br /> --Begin collections inventory and publicize results and resources available.
