Zoning Atlas Amendment: Master Plan Development Conditional Zoning District <br /> (MPD-CZ) for Efland Station — Notice of Application Withdrawal <br /> The Board formally acknowledged the withdrawal of a Master Plan Development Conditional <br /> Zoning District (MPD-CZ) application. <br /> 9. County Manager's Report <br /> Bonnie Hammersley highlighted an information item in the agenda packet, regarding the <br /> use of school nurses and School Resource Officers during COVID-19. She said the second <br /> quarter financial report is also included. <br /> 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> John Roberts highlighted information in the agenda packet on increasing affordable <br /> housing through the UDO.
