2 <br /> NOTE - If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> None <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Bedford to <br /> approve these three appointments. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin said there are other members of this commission with terms <br /> expiring in March 2021, and asked if there is a plan to consider these vacancies. <br /> Thom Freeman-Stuart said those positions would be considered at the March work <br /> session. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked if the Board votes on the positions at this work session. <br /> Chair Price said the Board will confirm a slate of appointments, who will then be <br /> confirmed by vote on the consent agenda at the 2/16 Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) <br /> meeting. <br /> Commissioner Greene changed her motion to a suggestion that these three <br /> appointments be on the slate for approval on 2/16. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus. <br /> Chapel Hill Orange County Visitors Bureau <br /> NAME SPECIAL TYPE OF EXPIRATION <br /> REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENT DATE <br /> TERM <br /> Manish Atma Chapel Hill-Carrboro First Full Term 12/31/2023 <br /> Chamber of <br /> Commerce <br /> NOTE - If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> None <br /> Commissioner McKee suggested that Manish Atma be appointed. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus. <br /> Orange County Board of Adjustment <br /> NOTE: On October 6, 2020, the BOCC approved the "Amendment to Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners Advisory Board Policy Regarding Elected Officials".
