Black History Month Proclamation <br /> The Board considered voting to approve a proclamation designating February 2021 as <br /> Black History Month in Orange County and authorize the Chair to sign. <br /> Chair Price introduced the item, and Commissioner Hamilton read the resolution: <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Carter G.
