She asked for providers of broadband services to <br /> be part of the task force as ex officio, non-voting members, to provide information and updates <br /> to the voting members of the task force as they address broadband needs. <br /> Chair Price reviewed the recommended appointees from the County Manager's office, <br /> school systems, NC Department of Information Technology and Durham Technical Community <br /> College. <br /> Commissioner Fowler nominated Commissioner McKee. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin nominated Commissioner Greene. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Fowler, seconded by Commissioner Bedford to <br /> appoint Commissioner McKee and Commissioner Greene to the broadband task force. <br />
