13 <br /> The County approved the rezoning of the property/development of a self-storage facility in <br /> 2012, with the public hearing occurring on August 27, 2012 and BOCC approval of the request <br /> on November 20, 2012. Agenda materials and minutes for these meeting(s) can be accessed <br /> at: <br /> http://server3.co.orange.nc.us:8088/weblink/Browse.aspx?dbid=0&startid=42108&row=1&cr=1 . <br /> Attachment 6 contains a copy of the ordinance adopted in 2012 approving the aforementioned <br /> zoning atlas amendment and imposing conditions on the development of the approved self- <br /> storage business. <br /> As a general reminder, development of the property will be limited to applicable conditions <br /> imposed by the County as agreed to by the applicant. This includes continued compliance with <br /> existing, and any additional, imposed conditions. A map <br /> denoting the vicinity and current zoning of the Property is contained in Attachment 2. <br /> The portion of the Property within the Little River Protected Watershed Protection Overlay <br /> District is limited to 12% impervious surface (5,227 sq. ft. per acre) for non-residential uses. <br /> The proposed development activity is contained within the Little River portion of the Property. <br /> B. Township: Little River. <br /> C. Future Land Use Map (FLUM) Designation: The parcel is located within the <br /> Agricultural Residential designation. Existing Conditions/Physical Features: Varying topography with wooded areas and <br /> water features (i.e. ponds and streams). Portions of the Property have been developed in <br /> support of a self-storage business. <br /> F. Roads: <br /> 1. North: Mile Branch Road, which serves as the access drive for the Property; <br /> 2. South: Bacon Road; <br /> 3. West: NC Highway 57; <br /> 4.
