(All other staff members will be identified <br /> 18 appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chair Price called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 A roll call was called; all members were present. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Due to current public health concerns, the Board of Commissioners is conducting a Virtual Work <br /> 25 Session on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. Members of the Board of Commissioners participated in <br /> 26 the meeting remotely. As in prior meetings, members of the public were able to view and listen <br /> 27 to the meeting via live streaming video at http://www.orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos <br /> 28 and on Orange County Gov-TV on channels 1301 or 97.6 (Spectrum Cable). <br /> 29 <br /> 30 1.
